Important notes for the dispatch of your order:

• Extending the duration of your group course is possible on the following terms: specific extension rates apply and are only available for courses of 3 days or more.
  
  
• If the number of participants in a course decreases to less than 4, the ski school reserves the right to merge the course with another, or to reduce the number of hours in the course.
  
  
• Repeated teacher change due to the flexible organization is possible.
  
  
• The ski school is not responsible for any accidents which may take place before or during the ski lesson. It is the responsibility of the course participants to make sure that they have an accident and indemnity insurance.
  
  
• Lessons will only be refunded, in cases of injury or illness, upon confirmation by a doctor. Only the days that were not used will be refunded!
  
  
• Lessons which do not take place due to bad weather conditions (acts of nature beyond control) will not be refunded or replaced.
  
  
• Private courses take place with each weather.
  
  
• Cancellation of private courses is free of charge possible till 4pm of the day before private course, afterwards we charge 50% of the paid private rate.
  
  
• The course ticket is not transferable! Used course days does not purge!
  
  
• Changes and typing errors reserve!
  
  
  

1. Payment: You can pay with your credit card (Mastercard and Visa) or Maestro Card.

2. These trading conditions are the basis for all supplies and achievements of the ski school Maria Alm due to on-line orders over the internet or other on-line services.
   
   
3. Danger turns into on customer, as soon as the commodity was handed over to the delivery enterprise and our company left. This applies, even if the ski school Maria Alm took over the delivery costs. Because of transport damages the customer has to make objections directly in relation to the transport enterprise within the valid periods planned for it. With transmissions from the customer to the ski school Maria Alm the customer carries each risk, in particular the transport risk, as far as the arrival of the commodity in the ski school Maria Alm in Austria.
   
   
4. The ski school Maria Alm is justified to raise in the context of the business relation the necessary personal data of the customer to store and process.
   
   
5. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction for contracts, which were closed under inclusion of these general trading conditions, is Saalfelden.
